@suka_hiroaki S2 will be for my wife :) My #NexusOne is running #Gingerbread thanks to @CyanogenMod and is a huge improvement over #Froyo .

@srinidhibs yes it is safe - did it on my N1 as did @dmacvicar (i think). It may have an official #Froyo, but it could be operator crippled

@srinidhibs Galaxy S is getting #Froyo in September, they've also released the source code. < that means hopefully modders can work w/it
